How dare anyone restrict this loving mother's decision to do something that would have, in her opinion, a positive impact on her daughter's quality of life. What advantage would having a monthly period have for her??? Few people realize what it takes to deal with a disabled child. A menstral period would only add to the burden which having a child like this is for a caregiver. If you wish to stop the mother, offer your services once a month to change sanitary napkins etc.
