City/Town: Toronto, ON View Map Google MapQuest Microsoft Yahoo Contact InfoPhone: 647.889.3037 Email: damn2025@gmail.com Description MAKE TRANSIT TOTALLY PHYSICALLY ACCESSIBLE STOP ALL DISCRIMINATION DON'T TAKE OUR VOLUNTEER MONEY The City is threatening to cut the money people on ODSP get for volunteering. The loss of this money means that already poor disabled people will be forced to stay home because we can't afford to go out. GIVE US OUR $9 TTC fares went up but the money most people on welfare or disability get for transportation didn't.The City needs to link TTC increases to transit subsidies. Disabled people and our supporters are fighting for the City to make these basic changes to allow us to get around, to have equality and dignity. Come tell the City to make transit accessible for all."

NPR : The Quest to Design the Perfect Yawn
NPR : The Quest to Design the Perfect Yawn: "The professor of psychology at the University of Maryland remembered the famous Monty Python sketch about a joke so funny that it killed anyone who heard it; The British, naturally, wanted to use it against the Germans, and the Germans vice versa, and both sides furiously pushed to develop the first 'Doomsday Joke.' Professor Provine decided to do the same thing, but not with a joke. He proposed a Doomsday Yawn."
NPR : The Quest to Design the Perfect Yawn
NPR : The Quest to Design the Perfect Yawn: "What would it take to design a yawn so powerful that it would make everyone who saw it yawn back? Would it have to be a big yawn, or a yawn with a big stretch? And a dog can make a person yawn, but what about the other way around? Robert Provine investigated these questions"

Costume Party
Costume Party A couple was invited to a swanky costume Party. Shegot a terrible headache and told her husband to go tothe party alone. He being a devoted husband protested, but she argued and said she was going to take someaspirin and go to bed, and there was no need of hisgood time being spoiled by not going. So he took his costume and away he went. The wife, after sleeping soundly for about an hour, awakenedwithout pain and, as it was still early, decided to gothe party. Since her husband did not know what her costu me was,she thought she would have some fun by watching herhusband to see how he acted when she was not with him. She joined the party and soon spotted her husbandcavorting around on the dance floor, dancing withevery nice chick he could, and copping a little feelhere and a little kiss there. His wife sidled up tohim and being a rather seductive babe herself, he lefthis current partner high and dry and devoted histime to the new babe that had just arrived. She lethim go as far as he wished , naturally, since he washer husband. Finally, he whispered a little proposition in her earand she agreed, so off they went to one of the carsand had a little bang. Just before unmasking atmidnight, she slipped away, went home, put the costumeaway and got into bed, wondering what kind ofexplanation he would make for his behavior. She was sitting up reading when he came in, and sheasked what kind of a time he had. He said: '- Oh, thesame old thing. You know I never have a good time whenyou're not there.' - 'Did you dance much?' - 'I'll tell you, I never even danced one dance. WhenI got there, I met Pete, Bill Brown and some otherguys, so we went into the den and played poker allevening. But you're not going to believe what happenedto the guy I loaned my costume to.. .....
